Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your herbal diffuser products quickly and reliably so you can begin enjoying your aromatherapy experience as soon as possible.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping/delivery time.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for delivery within the contiguous United States:

3. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping to select international destinations.

Rates and Times: International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, or duties required by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in your XLMonth order total or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. Order Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has left our facility.

The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive your XLMonth order damaged, please contact us immediately at help.xlmonth@gmail.com and include photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. We will work to replace your item as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen: XLMonth is responsible for your package until it is handed over to the courier. After that point, the package is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier first. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
